2. Services Provided
Connemara Crafted specializes in providing premium vehicle rental experiences, which may include:

3. Booking and Reservations
- All reservations are subject to vehicle availability and Connemara Crafted's approval.
- A deposit may be required to secure a booking, the amount of which will be communicated at the time of reservation.
- Full payment for the rental service is typically due before the commencement of the service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Clients must provide valid identification and any other required documentation as specified by Connemara Crafted.
4. Eligibility and Driver Requirements
- For self-drive rentals, drivers must meet minimum age requirements (typically 25 years old, but may vary by vehicle type) and possess a valid, full driving license held for a specified minimum period, presented in their presence.
- International driving permits may be required for non-EU license holders, alongside their national license.
- Clients are responsible for informing Connemara Crafted of any driving endorsements or conditions on their license prior to booking.
5. Vehicle Use and Responsibilities
- Vehicles must be operated in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations and in a responsible manner.
- Any unauthorized modifications, racing, off-road driving, or use for illegal purposes are strictly prohibited.
- Clients are responsible for any penalties, fines, or charges incurred during the rental period due to their actions or inaction.
- For self-drive rentals, clients are responsible for the security of the vehicle and its keys. Lost keys will incur a replacement charge.
6. Insurance and Damages
- All rentals include comprehensive insurance cover, subject to an excess amount. The excess amount will be communicated at the time of booking.
- Clients are liable for any damages to the vehicle or third-party property up to the insurance excess amount, except in cases of negligence, breach of rental agreement, or unauthorized use, where full liability may apply.
- Any incidents involving the rental vehicle must be reported to Connemara Crafted immediately and to the gardaí (police) if necessary.
7. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellation policies vary depending on the service and vehicle booked. Specific cancellation terms will be provided at the time of booking confirmation.
- Deposits may be non-refundable for certain bookings, especially bespoke or high-demand services.
- Connemara Crafted reserves the right to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to vehicle breakdown, driver illness, or force majeure events. In such cases, a full refund or alternative arrangements will be offered.
8. Chauffeur Services
- Our chauffeurs are trained professionals committed to providing a safe and luxurious experience.
- Clients are requested to treat chauffeurs and vehicles with respect. Any abusive behavior or damage to the vehicle may result in immediate termination of the service without refund.
- Waiting time charges may apply if the client causes delays beyond the agreed-upon schedule.

10. Limitation of Liability
